Oh how wonderful to relive our 2023 cruise. Thank you so much for posting. And yes, the food, wine and service in the Smoked Olive is amazing. Michael and co were our waiters as well, such lovely people. They made our cruise feel extra special. I also loved the wine... so much so, I bought two dozen bottles. :)

I’ve really loved looking at your vlogs of the week on Koningsdam in Alaska. We’re booked on the same ship/cruise July 25. We’ve never done a cruise before although in our 60s…you’ve given us a great flavour of what to expect, including clothing! It looked terrific! We’ve booked a drinks package but still not entirely sure about what’s included in which eateries..and also gratuities..I’d imagine you’d a large bill at the end? Thanks so much. I've done the climb twice and never had to pay. There are a few ways up to the top. Last time the turnstile was broken and no one was collecting cash. One of my fav hikes.

Watching your eve was just wonderful, I really enjoyed watching those staff members performing...I've only watched 2 of this cruise so far the at sea day and this one but, already I am loving this cruise line.. Everything looks "unbusy" NO crowds of people, calm. I will be doing some research now to check out prices, before I start that mission, are you able to tell me how it worked out with flights and getting to the ship, just briefly please.. And thank you for sharing this with us..

we have watched your alaska videos about 12 times, we will be heading there on April 26th 2025 and using your trip to take notes from and learn to have the best experience. miss you guys, hope to see ya again soon on the tube.

Been re-watching your Marella Explorer Adriatic videos as we are booked on Explorer for the Greek Isles and Adriatic cruise this October. Was on her to the Canaries in April and this was booked after watching your reviews of the ship which I have to say were spot on! Hope it's not too long till your next trip!
